One dead branch or a tree on your roof at 2 AM, doesn't matter. I'd rather have you as a customer for life than make a quick buck once. That's why most of the new folks who call us got our number from a neighbor.
Honest answer: depends on the tree. Size, where it's standing, what's near it (your roof, the power line, the neighbor's pool), and how much there is to clean up after. Around Schertz, most jobs land somewhere between $300 for a small tree and $2,500+ for a big oak hanging over the house. Yep — full liability and workers' comp, both current. Just ask and we'll send you the Certificate of Insurance before we start. Quick tip: never let a tree crew on your property who can't show you that paperwork. If somebody gets hurt up there and they're not insured, that bill can land on you.

We haul it. Every branch, every chunk — already in the price. Unless you want some of it kept (folks who burn wood or mulch garden beds usually do), just tell us and we'll stack it where you want it. Otherwise it all leaves with us.
Pretty simple: get a written quote from another licensed, insured tree service for the same scope of work. Bring it to us. We'll match it. If the job's over $1,000, we'll also knock another 10% off the top. Only catch — it's gotta be a real written estimate from a real insured company. Not a number a guy scribbled on a napkin out of the back of his pickup.
Most of the time around here, no — residential tree removal on your own property is generally fine. But it depends on your city, your HOA, and what kind of tree it is (some old heritage oaks are protected). Don't sweat it — when you call, we'll already know what applies to your address.
Call before lunch, we'll usually swing by that afternoon. Call later, we'll get there the next day. If something's already broken or down, you skip the line — we'll be on the way as soon as the crew can roll.
